By using NextRead — the iPhone app, the website at nextreadapp.com, or any related service — you agree to these terms. They're short. Please read them.
The app
NextRead is provided by Colazul Labs LLC ("we", "us"). It's an iPhone app, currently a free beta distributed through TestFlight. It shows Libby availability and wait times for books on your shelf, and gives you shortcuts to Kindle Unlimited, Hoopla and Amazon.
The beta
The beta is free. It may contain bugs, change without notice, or end. Apple's TestFlight terms also apply to your use of it. If we ever offer a paid plan, it would be presented in the App Store before you are charged.
What we don't do
NextRead does not host, sell, distribute, or lend books. It links to other services that do. When you tap "Place Hold in Libby," NextRead opens Libby and you place the hold there. NextRead never places a hold for you. Libby's terms govern what happens there.
Accuracy
Libby availability and wait times come from OverDrive and can be wrong or out of date: titles, copies and wait times change throughout the day. NextRead does not confirm Kindle Unlimited or Hoopla availability. Those buttons open the other app so you can check yourself, and "Often on KU" is a publisher-based hint, not a promise. If you notice a clear error, tell us.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- Reverse-engineer the app or its services.
- Scrape NextRead at volume or build a competing service from our outputs.
- Use the app to violate the terms of Kindle Unlimited, Libby, Hoopla, Amazon, or Goodreads.

NextRead participates in the Amazon Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. The price you pay is the same. We never recommend purchase over free options.
Trademarks
Goodreads, Libby, OverDrive, Kindle, Kindle Unlimited, Hoopla, and Amazon are trademarks of their respective owners. NextRead is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
Warranty disclaimer
NextRead is provided "as is." We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to NextRead is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes
If we change these terms in a material way, we'll update this page and email the beta mailing list at least seven days before the changes take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located there.
